Each birthday party package includes a 30 minute setup time before the event and 30 minutes after the event to tear things down. For example, if you book a party on a Saturday night or any other weekday night, you will have access to the room at 5:30PM to begin your setup. Tell your party guests that the party will go from 6PM to 8PM. If you book on a Sunday morning, you will have access to the room at 12:30PM, tell your guests that the party goes from 1PM to 3PM. 

What is included with the kids birthday party package?

• Exclusive access to our retail store and play room for three hours total. 
• Seating for 15 children, additional chairs and place settings for a fee.
• Each place setting will include a base plate to build on, a balloon, Capri Sun drink, Chewy brand granola bar. Base plates are property of the store and will remain after the party ends. 
• Each child that attends the party will get to build a figure at our figure building station. A larger figure can be substituted for children under the age of 3. Parents have the option of upgrading their party package to include a polybag for each child in addition to the figure that is included with the base party package. 
• We provide all of the following birthday party essentials including, plates, napkins, plastic forks, and plastic tablecloths for our play tables.
• 24 bottles of store brand bottled water. 
• The birthday child's name will appear on our birthday sign.
• Seating for parents and other adults is available right outside of our store in the mall food court.   
• Parent's are welcome to bring in food and cake. 

Staff members will assist to the best of our abilities to provide a great experience for the whole family. Removing trash and cleaning up bricks will be done by our staff. We unfortunately do not have an outdoor entrance so our hours are dictated by the mall's hours and as such it isn't possible currently to extend any longer beyond the three hour party length or going later than 3:30PM on Sundays or after 8:30PM any other day of the week. Please plan accordingly to exit the venue as close to those times as possible. 

The following items are strictly forbidden from parties:

• Alcohol, drugs, vapes and violence.
• Playdough.
• Silly string
• Extremely messy foods like spaghetti.
• Anything flammable besides birthday candles.

Please leave all balloons inside of the store until the party has ended. If a child loses their balloon the mall's hallway ceilings are too tall to recover the balloons from.
